The Welch Foundation recently embarked on a new chapter of the organization, with the first new funding programs in 30 years and new executive leadership. Ttweak was tapped to help communicate their new funding priorities, in addition to crafting a documentary highlighting the career of 2024 Welch Award Winner Eric Jacobsen

St. Luke’s Health CEO Doug Lawson wanted to create a series of videos giving employees from all phases of the organization a platform to share their stories. This effort evolved into Common Spirit’s “Listening to Our Voices,” a monthly series that lifted up viewpoints and topics rarely discussed in corporate media: from the immigrant’s journey, to the challenges of being gay in a Catholic organization, to the elevated maternal mortality rate in African-Americans. These videos were a centerpiece of organizational dialogue around differing perspectives and experiences amongst employees, and strove to focus less on the differences between us than the universal, Common Spirit that unites us all.
